Denice Ticer-Williams sees the landscape quite differently than the rest of us.  An abstract painter, she sees the pond in her mind's eye at the moment that the sun illuminates it, seemingly setting it on fire.  This original painting produced on canvas captures the magic of the moment beckoning us to join the artist at that precise moment.  Williams uses gesso to add ethereal dimension to the subject.    I bought this piece years ago because it spoke to me.  Do you hear it too?
